Warmup:

- 5 arm circles small/big forward/backward
- 5 Piano Man
- 5 Sun God
- Individual stretching
The Thang: 2 teams of 4.
Each team has a 20lb slam ball to throw ~45 yards.
The PAX does the same exercise while 1 person from each team runs to the ball, throws it as far as they can, then returns to the exercise line.
