Warmup:

  • Jog around the lot 2x
  • 5 arm circles small/big forward/backward
  • 5 Piano Man
  • 5 Sun God
  • Individual stretching

The Thang: 2 teams of 4.

Each team has a 20lb slam ball to throw ~45 yards.

The PAX does the same exercise while 1 person from each team runs to the ball, throws it as far as they can, then returns to the exercise line.
