  • OH Press

Set 2

  • Squats

  • Prisoner Get-Ups
  • Side Dead Lift (one hand hold coupon, bend at the waist sideways to touch coupon to ground, back up) 30 seconds a side

  • Flutter Kicks
  • Heels to Heaven
