Mary: • 30 sec Plank • 30 sec Mountain Climber • 30 sec Flutter Kicks • 30 sec Sit-ups
CoT: Good and bad habits compound over time. It’s important to keep faith and know that the little decisions we make on a daily basis compound over the long run. Don’t get overwhelmed by all the things we need to do and just focus on the next thing to be done.
