The Thang: Waco Ladders

7 cones spaced out between the parking lot islands. Starting with the first exercise jog to the first cone, jog back, do one rep. Jog to the second cone, jog back, do 2 reps. Repeat out to the 7th cone and 7 reps. Slow jog around the 2 islands, and start over with the next exercise. Movement exercises adjusted to go up to the 3rd cone, then the 2nd, then the 1st

COT:

A few days late, but roughly my 1-year F3iversary. I didn’t feel like I was at a particular deficit for any of the Fs, but have really enjoyed and felt the benefit of this time to come together a couple times a week, work up a sweat (or work enough to stay warm), pray, share, and get to know you all more through it.

The Saturday Noah broke his leg was obviously traumatic for him, but also emotionally difficult for me, and I can still feel the wear from that day and the next few. Trying to be honest with myself and others about how I’m feeling, and make sure I’m making time/space to recoup.
