COT: I have to admit that my heart wasn’t into it. A few months ago, we received some bad news about our dog, Bentley. He was diagnosed with a tumor on his liver, and the vet recommended surgery to remove it. However, considering Bentley is 13 years old, we made the decision not to do it thinking the recovery would be tough for him.Over the weekend, Bentley’s condition had started to worsen, and even though I knew this day would eventually come, it has been hard on me. The reality of losing him has been tough.@Sawdust went over his plan to overcome a significant struggle. (edited)
