  • 10 Reps of each exercise. Using a metronome set to 55 bpm, 4 count up, 4 count down (move slow as mud) for a 1. I.e. Up, 2 ,3 4, Down, 2, 3, 4 ONE!
  • Upper, Lower, Core repeat
  • break half way for a 4 corners
