Every 1.5 minutes, timer goes off an you do 3 burpees.Partner relay:

1: Bear Crawl / 30 Shoulder - Knee - Toe Merkins (10 each)

2: Crab Walk / 20 Burpees

I felt silly an unbalanced doing the Shoulder/Knee/Toes. But to get better at those things, I need to put in the time and practice.  We’ve all seen that with block lifts and merkins and burpees. What do we want to get better at?
