• First round - First group bear crawls to second light post then lunges back, and second group does 10 second pushups (10 s down then up normal)
• Second round - First group caterpillar to second light post then jump squat back, and second group does 10 second curl (5 s down and 5 s up)
• Third round - First group bear crawls to the second light post then lunges back, and second group does burpees with 5 second pushup (5 s down and 5 s up)
• Light post group, plank until your whole group finishes
